The symbolism of Christmas and the Grinch
O verdadeiro sentido do Natal e o Grinch

"Maybe Christmas," he thought, "doesn't come from a store.

"Maybe Christmas...perhaps...means a little bit more!"

 Who has never seen The Grinch ? Either the movie staring Jim Carrey, or the Dr. Seuss book, but Grinch isn't just a silly children's book, the movie has a really beautiful lesson about the truly Christmas's essence. Dr. Seuss realised that something had gone terribly wrong with Christmas.
And what "something had gone wrong with Christmas" meant ? All mass...The lights competition, the excessive consumerism, excess of food; the stores might be full, but are the churches too? ... Has everyone forgotten CHRISTMAS ?
When Grinch has stolen all the presents, everyone said that he has got what he wanted, the end of Christmas.
At some point, Lou Lou Who realises that Christmas's not about gifts, it's all about love, celebrate with family, all that money can't really buy. So they've learnt what Christmas really is, shall we do the same ?

Quem nunca se deparou com o Grinch ? Seja o filme estrelado por Jim Carrey ou seja o livro do Dr. Seuss, mas o Grinch não é apenas um filme "bobo" para crianças, o filme contém uma grande lição sobre a verdadeira essência do Natal.
Coisas como, os correios enchem, as casas esbanjam luzes, esbanjam comida,  e os extremo consumismo; as lojas possuem a maior venda anual de presentes, tudo nos leva a comprar o que não precisamos e iremos destinar em breve ao lixão, todas lojas sempre cheias, porém as igrejas estão também? .. Será que ISSO é o Natal ?
O Grinch em si, não era Anti-Natal, ele era anti o Natal consumista descontrolado e excessivo, que ofusca o verdadeiro simbolo do natal.
Quando o Grinch roubou todos os presentes, todos saíram de suas casas, dizendo que ele conseguiu o que queria, o fim do natal. Lou Lou Who, percebe que o Natal não é só presentes, é sobre amor, é sobre celebrar com sua família todos juntos, compaixão com todos, tudo o que o dinheiro em si não pode comprar, então eles aprenderam sobre a essência do Natal, será que aprenderemos também ?

Of course the tree isn't the MOST important thing of Christmas, but it's a symbolism of the Christmas's spirit.

º Pink Christmas tree
Yes a pink Christmas, it exists luxury ! not very traditional but I've always wanted a pink tree, and it's veryyy beautiful and different.

º White Christmas tree

It gives such a good look to the room, and a white tree goes with anyy (decorate) colour. Like Pink, blue, red, gold, purple and even white :

º Traditional green tree

the Christmas traditional green tree, is definitely elegant and conventional, but sure the decoration gives "life" to the tree. Let's get inspired by some of them, so we can decorate it right !
